I copied all of my recipes for my kids about 6 years ago. They asked for it for Christmas one year and I couldn't believe that they wanted it. So I was more than happy to do it. I also, like you added little notes on the really special recipes. This year my daughter in law was pregnant with our first grandchild and I was down there early to help her and be there when the baby came. So when it came time to make their Christmas cookies, I used Zack's cookbook and loved going through it and reading the messages I left for him. It really made me happy when I asked if he knew where it was and he went straight to his book shelf and pulled it right out. I couldn't believe that it meant that much to him. Thanks for always sharing such amazing, inspirational projects. ~ Hugs, Sherry

I just love that you shared the church recipe book and told the story about your grandmother's original recipe book splatters.  I inherited my grandmother's recipe books which are precious beyond words to me.  I too treasure those splatters and spots because I know they were favorites. I watched your videos on the composition recipe book and loved it. My father passed away a year and a half ago and I have his recipes. I have 3 sisters and I am going to make them a recipe book with my father's recipes for Christmas. I thank you so much for sharing your videos, it gave me a great idea to share my father's recipes with my sisters. Thank you Maymay, sincerely Colleen

Love your cook books. I had to pause the video to get the pineapple chicken it sounds so good. :-}  I have my grandmother recipe book it is old and coming apart but I love it because she added recipes in her handwriting. The church my sister goes to get recipes together and sells the books every few years I have 2 of them. Funny thing I have all these recipe books but don't like to cook. lol. Thanks so much Miss Judy for all the things you do for Amy and us because we get all these great projects. :-} God Bless

Recipe Books are awesome family treasures, even if you don't cook but forever enhanced if you do!  Anyway, I really love this book you did and you have inspired me to do one for myself and possibly my mom in-law.  She has lots of those "unwritten" recipes and has promised to try and write them down for me and the future generations.  My boys LOVE to cook! This would be a great heirloom to pass on to my sons thank you for all that you do I really appreciate you!!

Maymay love your recipe book the only thing i would suggest  would be a date or dates  so when it is handed down they will know how far back it goes. once again love all your work. Hope to be able to make one soon. and may God Bless You and your family
