Same process we use. Dirty Peterbilts. With degreasing and frame scrub we are at 45min. Nice video.

Any why not use contacless foam? Its what I use to wash my trucks and it takes me 15 minutes per unit. Trailers take around 30 minutes to wash. So truck + trailer is around 45 - 50 mins all together.
