Im confused if 22 oz per gallon is for air freshener and to disinfect is only 5 oz per gallon cant i just use the air freshener for all purposes?

If Arm and Hammer is the cat litter business. I think odoban can make it to. However cats do not like Eucalyptus scent. Maybe the Lavender will work out.
