Bol Bol is from the Dinka tribe, who are some of the tallest ethnic groups anywhere. The NBA goes to South Sudan to scout recruits specifically BECAUSE of their height! His father Manute Bol was an incredible man. Manute was an activist who supported the SPLA's (now the South Sudanese military) cause for independence from Sudan (which they finally got in 2011). He marched from the Capitol in DC to the UN in NYC for three-weeks to spread awareness back in 2006. Bol Bol made it to the US in 2002 when he was only two, a few years after the Sudanese government called his father a spy after the US did an airstrike in 1998 and barred him from leaving. The family got to the US via Cairo.

I was at Target yesterday and they had like 40 Fighter Tanks in stock. Such a far cry from when between May and November they were nowhere to be found. I’m hoping that means they’ll go on sale soon 🤞🏻.

Amway Center getting people to floss be like, *"How do ya do, fellow kids?"* The guy at 2:35 is an absolute Chad and he knows it. No matter if the Celtics lose or win, they're lucky to have him as a loyal supporter. I don't have the sleigh set at 3:05 but what I like to do for Christmas is set up my Lego Creator 10245 Santa's Workshop and 40139 Gingerbread House sets, put the Series 11 Yeti, Holiday Elf, and Gingerbread Man next to them, and make it all a Lego Christmas village at the bottom of my tree. Then I put my Disneyland monorail playset around it.
