because for Indian market, the purchaser buys the lowest quality from the Chinese market and other buyers buy premium quality, I have been to China, other buyers and Chinese buy and use premium quality and buyers from India buy lowest quality and knockoffs from copy factories and bring it home, I really doubt if they really buy sub quality or they actually get scammed.
