As far as keeping the hearing process on track on the subject of EJK and DDS exclusively, Sen Hontiveros seems to be the only one attempting to keep it on track with no intention of derailing it. Others, either deliberately or candidly, sounded more like acting on diverting the subject through subtle or quiet use of filibuster . With the help of Sen Bato's sudden interference while current speaker whom already has the floor had even added more time consumed wastefully by this filibuster. Just for ex. Tatay Digong's repeated telling of dramatic story of how drugs destroyed our family and kids which we all know, had been already addressed at the beginning of his narratives so it is more like a wasteful use of time done on purpose . It is likely that COMQUAD and Ph citizenry that are listening and watching may end up justifying NON DUE PROCESS justice . The chairman should practice strict adherence in enforcing the house rule by treating them with low dose of totalitarianism.

But Tatay Digong has also have some valid argument which I find true. ex.. some mayors and policemen that are hard to axe from their position due to connection to some corrupt Preconceived worries about re-election/losing a job to support personal interest instead of people they're serving. Why just transition to another job at term's end if honest and just politics not on their blood? . It 'll likely take more time to develop this kind of dedication to duty.

There is also an issue of speech fluidity which is excusable due to our extremely diversified languages causing us to struggle speaking one or two particular languages necessary for good communication.
It is also essential for all of us citizen to be aware and not letting go the cause of easy entry of fake Filipinos of foreign origin, particularly Chinese nationals who are now owners of vast areas of lands meant for native and naturalized Filipinos.

This is not a hateful criticism but just an honest observation by a common, not-so-well educated citizen like me, so my advanced apology.
