the collision in wall is not finished, when you rotate in the wall the L piece overlaps

I Would recommend SDL_TEXTURE instead of SDL_SURFACE because SDL_SURFACE uses CPU and SDL_TEXTURE uses GPU, GPU would be better inteasd of putting a heavy load on the CPU which is doing the calculations etc.

Cool but there's really nothing "C++" about this. This is essentially a C program written procedurally. You do use a class called TPiece, but that could (and in this case most likely should) be a struct.
