I always wondered how dinkelbrot was made. Reason: it is the only bread that i know that can make you feel fool having only one or two slices. This can be explained partially by it's high protein content. This video explains everything in a straightforward way. Thanks so much for sharing this. You inspired me my next project for this week.

I think I might try this using only half the olive oil. So instead of adding 1/4 cup before chilling I'd add 1/8 cup and add the other 1/8 cup as a garnish at the end. I bet it would taste just as good and be a lot more healthful. in fact I love kalamata olives! Why not chop some of those up and add it into the mix before chilling. I bet they'd give a great depth of flavor.

Im needing to cook a feast for approx 100-125 people. How much does this recipe make so I know how many times to double it for my feast? thanks

Oh ok, so I'm roasting the eggplant at 100 degrees, or 672 degrees, or 9000 degrees? Because you didn't say, and....

I'M PRETTY SURE THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A RECIPE VIDEO AND TEMPERATURES ARE PRETTY USEFUL BITS OF INFORMATION

Too much fussing around from one dish to another. Out the oven, skin, chop, drain.
