As someone who owns one of the “magic cubes” shown It was so funny to see him try to figure out how to make a star when he only had to unfold one thing to make it

Solving a megaminx is decently intuitive. If you can make a reverse L shape with the top layer pieces then put those at the top left then do jperms beginner cross algorithm. Getting the edges in the correct spots is the most annoying part but you put the two solved pieces, if you have them, on the right then do Jperms beginner algorithm for this. The corners is the only part I originally struggled with, instead of single I type moves for his corner moving thing you do double moves. You do this with the corners in correct placement on the right, the you orient them! Ik this is probably a bad way to solve it but I taught myself it so I'll use it!
