Steps to Fix Error Cannot Create Temporary Directory or Folder When installing any application/program on Windows PC
Step 1) Run the installer file as an administrator
Step 2) Change the TEMP and TMP value to C:\Temp
Step 3) Check the drive for file system errors

I was cheking several videos and many other people are misguiding about this error, the truth is you just need to clear your temp files and run new exe as admin.... thats it! You are good to go.

Enter Windows Safe Mode by pressing the SHIFT key while clicking Restart.
After that, the installation will work.
Restart your PC and you're done.
