I managed to mess up my lower spine from a sort of pinching incident on a baling machine for tons of cardboard. I was listening to 285 hz and my muscles were regenerating but pain was still there. I switched to 174 and now the pain is much less so that I can work again, I'm still healing, but I have a big speaker that I put against my back and then play these frequencies into it and it's making me better every day.
