you are comparing different quality rubbers with different type of sponges (blue vs orange) and probably with a different sponge hardness.

Both are genuine. Left one is applied booster, two or three layers.

Easy. First one is neo version and second one is non neo. I think both are not boosted coz I don't see the pimples expanding
