this is actually for puffs! like curry puffs in South-East Asia, there's curry potatoes in or sometimes spicy sardines, and once its done, the puffs are fried to crisps, and it's really delicious :)

You have to apply water when you feeling the dough on the sides of the object and you have to use floor when you making the dumplings

It's called gujiya in India. Although we don't use such big machine for making ghujiya, but the shape is same 😅

At first I was like why does that look so similar and then I realised, one time my mum saw the same exact thing on Facebook so she asked me to place a order to for her and when we used it normally like it showed in the ad, but it doesn’t even work which was really disappointing because it looked too good to be true. (My parents don’t actually use the dumpling dough skin. We just buy the premade one and place the meat inside the dumpling skin )
