The tip 1: you can use SHIFT + D to duplicate objects (u press SHIFT d then press rmb then object Will safe the same sport
Tip 2: you can use solidify modifier to make your bottle be more fill

I found the Face Orientation section a bit confusing. Not the least of which was how you were able to pilot your viewport to view INSIDE the bottle. I can scroll/zoom in past a certain point. And yes i've mucked around with Preferences > Navigation > Perspective/Depth. Overall, i went with a Boolean modifier on the outer/bigger bottle.
