Locker Nuts episode 437

As I continue digging through this hoarder's locker, I realize that most of the "newest" items I've found date to the late 1980s. Some of it is much older. That's nuts! What else do we find as I work my way through the dust, junk and spiderwebs? Stay tuned on this episode of Locker Nuts.
This is part 4 of the "Hoarder Horror" locker.

You are the only one who can make such a disaster watchable.

What you actually have is a unit of someone who worked on getting precious metals out of all the scraps he stuffed into that locker. That's one of the reason there were such random metal pieces in there. What you called a pottery kiln is actually a smelter that he used to melt the metal down. That's why it had an open top. Those huge bars of copper were probably his work. My guess is you may find the mold somewhere in that mess. My guess? He slowed down doing the work but kept what he knew had worth even though he stopped the smelting. i.e. hoarded it.

my heart sank when the metal hamper went into the truck for the dump! Wish it would of made it to the vintage market! Those were popular in the 40's and 50's.

That glass bowl was Italian glass Murano. I collect Murano have a piece very similar to it

That painting looks like someone painted watching Bob Ross. There was definitely a happy tree there.

Lord have mercy, hope no one makes a drinking game of taking a shot every time you toss a TV in the truck!

Those painting and mirror. If you throwing them out you need to pull them out of the frames. Sometime older frames people put documents or other paperwork between the backing and framework

Loving this series Jack. Your sorting method is cool to watch. I just feel there’s treasure waiting in the back and I know you are not going to miss it because you are so thorough. Not many storage buyers would do this unit justice. I so hope your hard work is rewarded

So glad to see you recycling the scrap metal for cash. Also, that beautiful bowl at the beginning of the video was a fabulous find. SO glad it wasn't broken.

I don’t know if you have ever watched the scrap and pallet man on YouTube but that is who you reminded me of today. 😊

At 6 minutes you fund a blue art glass bowl. Might be Murano art glass! Fancy.

Oh Boy ! You really have an 'interesting' (there may be more appropriate words) locker there Jack Love watching you and I really hope that 'treasure' turns up. Little surprised that you dumped the swivel chair base before you were sure that the seat itself is not in the locker, but Good Luck anyway.
