I just went back and watched the scene again in slow motion... there are 4 boats, he has 4 buttons on his shirt, he has 4 dongles on his collar...and the instrument hes playing has 4 strings ... even if it's not jhin the nod to 4 is very large in the small details! AS well the garments hes wearing have the same color scheme that jhin has under is white cloak ;)

It could be jhin or foreshadowing of jhin before he turn into psychopath because in his lore jhin always love theatre and opera and he even dreaming of one day he could perform in stage that's why he always love opera and art, jhin traveled all around ionia to perform, idk how he become a psychopath but I remember that jhin is serial killer that's why zed and shen is after for jhin, now he escape and go to piltover and fight camille but before he fight camille he is already prepared which is supposed to be for akali but camille know him that's why she fight him, you notice in comics jhin has piltover gadgets/technology which he probably buy it or stole it or even negotiated it in piltover so probably jhin could understand piltover language and that's why I think it could be jhin before he turn into psychopath serial killer.
