Just because I see people's definition of success and I want to let people know to not fall into the hustle and grind culture overworking crowd. I see way too many people hyping long work hours and insane grind sessions. It gates people out and makes people think they can't be successful if they don't put that kind of time in. But you can.

This is why I started scheduling short, actionable goals even if it's only twice a week. The key is that I will keep doing them forever and eventually expand, but I need to know that "if I were to ever feel like I'm doing too much to handle, I can always go back to that baseline schedule."
