Is there an audible chirp with each pulse beat? Does the audible chirp change in tone as desaturation occurs?

What's the difference MightySat Rx and MightySat? They both look the same to me.
Do units sold here overseas still come under USA FDA rules of only being sold to doctors or other individuals under direction of doctor? Ludicrous. Pulso oximeters are so ubiquitous drug stores, Lidl, supermarkets, corner shops sell them. Lay first aiders use them in prehospital care. If it's fr sale only to doctors then what's the point of tapping a parameter to have an explanation of it?

Why can't I, for the life of me, get this blasted thing to open out of the box? It's almost like the enclosure clip is holding it shut. This is mentioned nowhere in the manual or in this video. What gives?!
