The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is the epitome of the modern-day mainstream Japanese car. For starters, it’s all about SUVs, not cars anymore, and this small and stylish unit is easy to drive, easy to park, easy to live with and the facelift not only adds more features, but it also improves the versatility of the car too.

The boot is now bigger, there’s more rear-seat legroom and while the interior isn’t the most sophisticated you’ll find in this segment, it ticks all the boxes in terms of desired technology.

There’s a super-impressive 360-degree surround-view parking camera display that’s twinned with the reversing camera on the larger 8.0-inch touch-screen system.

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto feature, which is good because there’s no sat-nav and the regular menu system reeks of 2003. But with good storage features, improved safety systems, a mega 10-year warranty, and a swish new exterior design, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross will make plenty of new friends. Tbh being upset about this not being a premium product is like complaining that your parmi and chips is not fine dining. This does the job at an affordable price point, and never pretends to be the the last word in opulence.

One thing I’ve noticed about mistubishi is that they really only change the exterior of their cars and slightly change the interior and than call it a new model it’s getting old and annoying.

Absolutely garbage. Just get the Kia Seltos already. Far more value for money, better interior, better drivetrain, better design, and much better cabin noise isolation. The Eclipse Cross facelifted front grill is absolutely hideous!
