While I agree that some people are more playful/extroverted in their inherent nature, I find a fundamental issue here. If he 1. "Loves" the attention from other women, 2. He likes it to feed his ego, and 3, he likes it to fuel his self esteem, the man's got a problem. If these are the underlying truths in his life, and he is driven to flirt to feed himself, he will not be a suitable partner, and these same underlying issues will be found surfacing in other areas of his life.
