To me, this game gave the perfect summary of Goff’s career as a Ram. At in the first two quarters/years there seemed to be a lot of hope for him. He wasn’t perfect, but he played in the system and stayed competitive. In the last 2 years/quarters; however, it seemed as though he’d lost his drive. Despite the efforts of the team, he would throw away the ball in vital situations as he ultimately was overshadowed of being the star of the team by Jalen Ramsey and Aaron Donald, the two men contributing to his end zone interception. And who ends up with the ball at the end of the day? Matthew Stafford.

As a Lions fan it was so weird seeing Stafford on the other side but I hope he continues to thrive and continue to get the recognition he should’ve been having for 12 years now.
