'Out of the Frying Pan' is one of the three unused cues that appear on the second score volume for Better Call Saul. The music would later be replaced with 'Chuncho' by The Forest Creatures.

Finally! People are figuring out where these weird cues are from! I'm surprised that they even allowed Porter to release unused pieces for his second volume.

I can understand why they'd cut this score -- for this show, this should be music for someone in a life or death situation or some other extreme case. Maybe there was an early plot idea to have Nacho go psycho on Gus' guys in the future and this music would help set the stage for his deep inner loathing, or be used in a flashback, or something along those lines.

another good ost that is underestimated is "the morning after" from Breaking Bad....
the soundtrack that plays when Jesse gets home after Mr.White does completes his end of the coin toss.
it would make a good video to put the score over it.

this is strange... wasn't Chuncho by Yma Sumac used in this scene?
This OST was used in the scene where the DEA took Gus' 700k and he let Lyle work overtime
