India’s focus on Digital Public Infrastructure reinforced by G20 Delegates in Pune

The 3rd Digital Economy Working Group Meeting under India’s G20 Presidency was hosted in Pune from June 12-14, 2023. With the global digital economy estimated to be worth USD 11 trillion and expected to reach USD 23 trillion by 2025, the DEWG plays a critical role in shaping global policy discourse in the digital space. During the third meeting of this Working Group, further discussions took place along the three DEWG priority areas identified by India - “Digital Public Infrastructure”, “Cybersecurity in the Digital Economy”, and “Digital Skilling”.
