Ugh Just stop. The child was found wandering a distance from the home. She could have turned her head for a moment to care for one of the dozen of children she is made to watch and the child could have wandered off. This woman has had her hands full watching not only her siblings, but most likely having to care for Anna’s children, as well. Let’s not speculate. We are so quick to judge others as if we are perfect ourselves. Lock me up or charge me with endangerment as one of my children had walked out of the house unbeknownst to me when he was 4.

Imagine having the responsibility to keep up with all of those kids & babies running around. It’s forced on Jana bc her parents do nothing besides pass off all the responsibilities. No need to attack Jana or act like she is a bad person.

That family has always rubbed me the wrong way the way the wife looks at the husband doesn't read love it reads brainwashed to me a who knows what they taught the kids that's probably why josh turned out like that the men rule everything remember so he felt entitled to do the things he did thank goodness he is being severely punished

Here’s an idea: WATCH YOUR OWN KIDS! Anna has very trashy behavior (edit for all the sympathizers) and endangered 7 of her kids. It’s only by the grace of the justice system that Josh won’t have any access to his kids.

Jana: there is no law that says you have to stay with your parents! That is the cult "law". Anna should have been watching her own children, especially when she shouldn't have been shacking up with that loswr husband of hers! Anna, watch your children!!

Jana didn't purposely endanger a child. She fell asleep. Do we know how many hours she has had to watch multiple children? Was she given the breaks required by law? Bet she wasn't. Bet she had those kids 24/7. Anna is the one who decided to have seven children. Jana did not. That responsibility should be Anna's not Jana's.

She fell asleep (most likely from pure exhaustion from getting stuck with Josh and Anna's kids so that Anna could be there for her pervert husband. ) it was one of their kids that was found wandering. JMO but Anna is the one who should be facing charges here not Jana. Anna is the one who abandoned her poor children so she could be with her husband.

Per the police citation she was given. She was charged with a class 3 or B misdemeanor in the welfare endangerment of a minor. An anonymous caller called to report one of the minor children was found wandering down close to the road, as the police officer who was sent out noticed. This happened on Sept. 9, 2021. Jana went down on the 10th to pay the fine and found out about the charge brought against her, in which she pled not guilty and a bench trial was scheduled (just goes before a judge). There were no extenuating charges to the Class 3 welfare endangerment of a minor charge, thus she is just charged with a Class B misdemeanor (which is just how AR wrote this). A Class B misdemeanor in AR, has a maximum sentence of 90 days in jail and/or a $1000.00 fine, though the judge, if they find her guilty, can give her no jail time & just have her pay a fine to neither; or may give a sentence of some jail time and/or community service with or without a fine. It’s totally up to the judge.
Her court date is Jan 10, 2022. It was initially scheduled later in Sept to Nov, but due to conflicts w/Josh’s legal issues to trial it was rescheduled a few times to this date in Jan. The only witness listed on her citation for the court appearance is the responding police officer.
