CFMOTO ZForce Inner Tie Rod Installation and Removal

Today we are starting our build on my wifes 2018 ZForce 500 Trail we will be covering Tie Rod installation. we will be turning it in to a EX Model this build will be HOW TO Videos instead of a build series. please follow along as we will be showing you how to do the following during this build.
1 Wheel bearings.
2 Remove control arms and bushings.
3 Replace brake lines and bleed brakes.
4 Replace Axels front and rear left to right.
5 Replace and adjust E-Brake cables.
6 Replace inner and outer tierod ends.
7 Remove steering knuckles the easy way.
8 do an alignment.

We just replaced a passenger tie rod on our ZForce 800 trail G2 and that tire is turned out. Can you tell us or give us a link to your video how to adjust the tie rod sleeve to align our buggy. Please

On the 800ex is there any difference between inner tie rod ends on a 2021 and 2022.the 2022 has a different part # and nobody has them

Not sure if I should get the 2022 uforce 600 or zforce 500 to drive my 4 year old daughter around through the trails at camp? I have a order in for a uforce 600 already but not sure if I should change my mind.

When did they downsize the axle nut to 32 mm? My 2017 comes with 36 mm axle nuts.

Is that for a trail or ex having a hard time removing passenger side looking online for new one not sure I think it’s Right-hand side???

I snapped my driver side front tie rod in half. I can not get the knuckle that is attached to the wheel steering assembly on the hub. It looks like it is threaded into where it mounts. There is nothing to put a wrench onto to unscrew it. I have tried a pry bar, hammer, etc. HELP PLEASE!
