The blue ribbon means child abuse. So from what we can see the main characters was abused as a child by predator (assuming from bear costume winch is Blue. Often predators pretend to be nice and kind to get closer to their victim.) and when she grew up she turn into aggression and sports to have her revenge one day or just try to calm herself down by destroying things that remind her of what happened

I feel like the bear could represent two things, but im not sure which ones it could be since the implications are a bit vague.

1. The bear could represent the abuser, a bear is a well known predator along certain ecosystems, and seeing them on the punching bag could mean getting revenge on them later (this is unlikely tho)
2. The bear represents the child abused or in this case our character (blue i think?) here. The spots where the bear was shot were random ish, the eye, the heart, the stomach, the shoulder and foot. These are all possible spots of abuse, with the heart (possibly) being a representation of mental or emotional abuse? Teddy bears well represent childhood because children at young ages tend to get attached to bear stuffies or plushies.

The punching bag could represent hatred towards yourself during your childhood, I've met many friends who suffered through child abuse and hated themselves for not trying to run away, which understand that, but instead of hating yourself you should try to seek refuge, start a new life and leave your old "family" behind and seek therapy.
