Can we also reconcile entitlements into OIM by using this GTC connector ? or should we use OOTB flat file connector for this ?

I added these values (taken from values for UserType in OIM /identity create user page)for employeeType in lookup -
1 Consultant
2 Contingent Worker
3 Contractor
4 Employee
5 Full-Time Employee
6 Intern
7 Non Worker
8 Other
9 Part-Time Employee
10 Temp


But the scheduler fails at data validation - ERROR: Given User Type in the Column: RA_USERTYPE is Invalid
