I have watched HOURS of how to make masks videos and yours is the best by far. You are an excellent teacher and give wonderful tips to help us improve our skills. Maddie is charming and the way you respond to her demonstrates your teaching skills. I will be making more 3D masks for family and friends for the Delta variant. Now that I have retired from teaching I have more time. Thank you.

IDK why anyone would dare thumbs down you! This is the best tutorial I think I have ever seen. You just ignore the ding dong people who are not thrilled with the fact that you offer this instruction and the pattern for FREE! I can hardly sew a straight line but have made a few of these thanks to your instruction. I am crafty and love my Cricut Maker but no sew usually until I found you. Thank You are a blessing!

What a kind, generous soul you are! I'm a sewing teacher myself and after discovering you in the early days of Covid lockdown (from your other face mask video) I've been recommending you to all my sewing friends and students- YOU ARE A BRILLIANTLY TALENTED TEACHER with the additional talent of making very clear easy to SEE and HEAR videos! (sadly many good teachers just don't have the technical skills for great videos). I'm so glad you've found your life purpose and that we have been lucky enough to benefit from it! xxx

Very clearly explained. Thank you so much for the "stitch starter" tip. I have been struggling with stitching casings on my masks, and I will definitely try this tip!

I’ve sewed for over 50 years and the stitch starter was new to me. Ty

Your instructions on this mask were great and I did all correctly on the first try. I love this mask for the extra breathing room it gives. Thank you for being so generous with your time and the sharing of your patterns!

Sometimes it is necessary to tell the instructor how wonderful she looks! In addition to what a wonderful tutorial and pattern she is providing!

Such clear instructions for beginning sewists. I too have sewn for more years than I want to count and love watching videos to get new pointers. You are a great teacher.

I just made this mask last night for my little girl starting kindergarten next week and it looks AMAZING it's like the best thing I've ever made other than the jack-o-lantern costume I made her two years ago but it's a very close 2nd XD I can't wait to make more of these! Also the stitch starter has saved my sanity. THANK YOU!

I have watched sooo many mask videos and by far your tutorial has to be the best! You walk us step by step which is something I found lacking in the others. Thank you!!

Thank-you! Just made this mask. Your tutorial was very easy to follow. I made this mask while watching the tutorial and pausing and it took about 45 minutes for the first one. Also, this mask is very comfortable! The teen size is a bit small for me so I'll be making the next size up next so get a bit more room. Much better than the masks I have purchased and looks very professional! I did the around the head tie and didn't have pony beans, so just put a knot in the end of my knit fabric (which turned out bigger than a pony bead). :)

This is a fantastic tutorial. I love the clear directions that include the "why" you do it this way. Thank you for sharing with us. I am hoping to start making a bunch of masks for grandchildren this week.

I have been making 3 D masks for several weeks, struggling with a few steps and figuring out some steps the hard way! Thank you Sweet Red Poppy for such great instructions. You made everything easy to understand! I can tell how kind you must be just by listening to you . You will save me so much time by showing the sewing starter and the trick with the pony beads!! Thank you so much!
