Progress on the manufacturing of safety doors for HS2 tunnels been made as Booth Industries, a Bolton based SME, opened its new purpose built facility where the doors will be built. in December they welcomed HS2 CEO, Mark Thurston, to the new unit and to meet staff working on the project.

infrastructure projects in what ever form they take are massively important far beyond the scope of the project in this case H2 railway line

It's a shame that it went to a company that went bump. Wiped all there depts and started again.

Shame we don't actually need the train and it's a complete waste of money. It's actually sickening knowing that the money isn't being spent on the NHS or the rest of the railway network. At least if they were just building doors it wouldn't be for a train that will only be used by super rich people.
