Eric Betzig, 2014 Nobel Prize in Chemistry laureate, was interviewed on 6 December, 2014 at the Nobel Museum in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2014 was awarded jointly to Eric Betzig, Stefan W. Hell and William E. Moerner "for the development of super-resolved fluorescence microscopy".

I found that people in academia THOUGHT they were far smarter than the industry side. Most of them went to private schools and never had a job until after graduation. On the industrial side they saw academics as kids that never left school, still in a pre-adult development phase
