I think people who are complaining about the videos are missing the point. It's about the process, not necessarily the end result. The videos are enjoyable regardless.

I'm underwhelmed. He left a lot of things uncleaned, including knobs and outside surfaces he actually sprayed varnish over. The whole thing seemed half baked to me.

I love old radios, and this was asmr heaven. Magical to see R. Eireann on the dial, that is Radio Eireann (Radio Ireland), which later morphed into RTE (Radio Telefis Eireann or Radio Television Ireland). I also see Stuttgart on there where I lived for 6 years back in the nineties. Thanks for reigniting the fond memories. ❤

Congratulations, this is a very nice piece of work. It would have been even better if you had opened the faulty capacitor's case, cleaned the inside, and mounted the new electrolytic capacitor inside its original casing.
