As a BAFTA award winning cinematographer, Barry Ackroyd sees inside the minds of characters and translates that to the scene in a realistic way. For Barry, the most challenging part of his job is the filming preparation. Travelling to different places and exploring locations for sets is never easy. Barry states that in any form of creative work, freelancers have to play to their own strengths and create their signature or unique style.
