Get down on the floor and put your arm around him, put your head on his and look out the window with him... tell him good things about the day you will have while waiting for daddy to come home!!! And before you know it... his bond will be yours... for the time daddy is away!!! Love loving!!!

NOTHING on this planet loves like a dog, even species doesn't matter to them. There a video of a Pittie whimpering at the cartoon version of The Lion King. I do not want ti imagine this little guy's longing to be at his dad's side feels. Brought a tear of joy to my eye because I too have been loved by a dog(s).
