I appreciate this particular review. Others have no clue how to set up or use a microphone, so there was no idea if the sound cleans and warms up when properly used. I'd like a headset for DJ work and for wedding ceremonies (also lavaliers) and for other video production uses, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg, as I'm just getting back into the mobile DJ/PA rental business after an 8 year hiatus.

I spent $400 on a headset 10 years ago and it was only good for speech in a quiet environment. I'm curious if this headset would be ok in a loud musical environment. For the price, it would be worth paying to find out.
