Just a few points as an energy efficient passive solar home builder since 1981. Does this house face south? The bases for all my solar designs is derived from The Passive Solar Energy Book published in 1979 and still available. A necessary read for all home designers to this day. I would design overhangs to shade the windows in the summer.
I personally do not like ICF. It is my preference to use a regular concrete foundation and insulate it on the outside so the thermal mass is kept inside the house.
On some previous designs I've put the electrical boxesl in the concrete walls using conduit to later fish the wires and then plastered the concrete afterward.
With the foundation insulated on the outside it runs in plane with the exterior insulation applied to the framed walls.
Great work. Photograph the hidden nailing for the inspector later

Now we know why Huber has 1 1/8 flooring - to hold Steve😂. I think you need to film Steve eating meals - that's gotta be a hoot.

I believe this insulation math needs to be combined with HVAC math to bring costs down. If one is using a Mitsubishi “34-SEER” to heat and cool with fans running 24/7, your consuming the amount of energy of a “space heater” to heat & cool the entire house. Almost to the the point of going “net-negative “ in energy consumption.
That said, I want a 6 foot by 6 foot farmers fireplace 2 feet off the ground. Real wood burning.

Love the framers here saying they can cut "straight" without a guide as if framing doesn't have an enormous 1/8" margin of error. You cut "straight enough" for framing, not straight straight. I'd love to see those guideless cuts against the factory edge.

Make some cabinets and see how straight you can actually rip.

If they are on a scissor lift, are they to wear a harness?

Earthships are the answer.

Not surrounding yourself in a toxic pollutant house, that cost 100's of thousands to build all so you can save a few pennies on heating and cooling.

This style of building is not the answer.
