I'd like to say that the lineups are absolutely stacked! VERY happy to see 6 events once again! :D
However, the Arnold's has only ever done elephant bar deadlifts and hummer tire deadlifts for as long as I can remember. They had another great opportunity to mix things up. Either choose one of the other countless types of deadlift out there or... chose a squat!! The type that Louis Hatton described on his channel (heavy for reps, no suits, no wraps) seemed great!
I guess I was just looking forward to seeing something at least a bit different and instead they chose the same old thing for the upteenth time :/

Tom and Mitch were very lucky that they didn't go with the Odd Haugen stone here. Because they aren't able to lift it off the floor.

Super excited to see the other events. This is a fantastic comp for Hooper, Mateusz and Tom. Podium will look the same as last year.

Looks like the gauntlet will be a variety and max weight pressed will win. I'm thinking they will only get one of each implement or can only press each weight once. Can't have someone repping out one dumbbell to win

As a Canadian I always will root for Mitch but I really want to see Maxime shine here. Something tells me that we have only seen Maxime at close to his best but not 100% Come on Mitch ! LET'S GO MAXIME !!!! I want to see a fully rested, focused, ready for war, rabid wolverine

Excited for the new event.
Very disappointed in the overhead jerk/ event 4.
Would have preferred to see Wheel of Pain return. It’s such a punishing event, but not as risky / injury causing.
Or bag over bar.
Or max squat
