Great video. But there are people who can only afford to save on necessities in spare some money. You find that they couldn't even afford to buy lunch at work. If they want to save, they will have to ration their food, sometimes limit their number of meals per day, or buy cheap clothes.

But for those who can afford buying lunch at work, leme just say those who are middle income earners it's much easier for them to cut on UNNECESSARY spending without reducing their quality of life.
