Veolia - Eco-District Heating Network - Harbin, China

Harbin is one of the coldest cities in Northern China. The city is divided into 10 heating districts and Veolia is the main heating source in one of these districts.
Veolia currently provides heating for an area of 22 million m3, which is equivalent to 170,000 households.
