(For all of you that say this does not work) it is not the f10 key then, try pressing f8, f9, f10, and f11 when you restart it, press all of them over and over separably because it is not f10 for every single computer.

Do i need to make a backup of windows?

There's a easier way to restart your computer. First make sure it's plugged in. Then push the power switch. Want to learn how to cook? Put a pan on the stove. Want to learn how to drive? Turn the key. What to learn how to be sarcastic? Just reread this comment. You're welcome.
