I’ve heard your views on Design Thinking (DT) many times. Those views always came across a bit confusing before. The explanations you gave previously would say that DT is good and you like it but it is not a process. I always disagreed since we use it as part of our service and product development process and get great results. But in this video, I like the approach you used and how you clarified once and for all what you’ve been trying to say. I see what you mean now and could identify since we have used the DT ways and adapted our actual process to fit each project. Excellent video. I like the flow of considerations presented. I am beginning to learn about how to start in the UX world, but what I find difficult is how to develop a set of steps in order to do a proper process, most of resources have similar ways of doing it but I guess there is nothing set of stone. It would be amazing a video about how to begin and maybe a lil bit of homework
