I have some tips(some of may not be good I haven't search all yet so)
1. Jumping while running is faster.
2. Try to revive someone if your not getting chase or out running them.
3. If you're almost reviving someone move immediately.

Press R to look behind you

Press T to whistle

Spacebar makes you faster but, when you go around corners stop spamming spacebar otherwise you’ll smack into the wall and stop running resulting in the nextbot brutally murdering you
