Sir last year 2023 top 20 percentile of Bihar education board for general candidate is 343 and now according to this year top 20 percentile of Bihar board for 2023 is 351 and for general EWS is 379 how this possible that cutoff can change and general EWS candidate cutoff is higher tha general candidate .

Ager round 1 me seat allot hogyi or fees pay nahi ki to josaa 2024 se complete bhar ho jayenge ya or koi option diya jayega
Or ager last round tk koi seat nahi mili to koi registration fee deni hogi kya

If I get allotted a seat in the 2nd round and I accept it and pay the seat acceptance fee etc. and give the option to float. If I get a better seat in the 3rd round, will I be accepted again and will I be given the option to use float slide or freeze or will that new seat be alloted to me without my acceptance?
