An Atheist’s job as Jōb

In Chapters 38 & 39 of the Bible's book of Job, the Hebrew god takes another jab at Job, asking him a battery of questions that Job could not answer, as if Job's inability to answer this question means that God is real. Except that the questions asked all depend on prior assumptions which we now know to be false. So it's about time someone answered what that other character from thousands of years ago could not have understood.

AronRa teaches us shit with his rebuttels that we didnt know (how many other atheist youtubers did you learn anything about dinosaurs from?) and DM2525 is just fuckin hilarious. Its easy to dismiss theism using basic practicality (Gen Z is already killing theism on a scale unprecedented as is the natural way) but Im a science nerd and I like to know the specific reasons the entirety of theism is nonsensical.

The book of Job answers so many questions:
Q Where do earthquakes come from? A: When God gets fed up with the wicked, he grabs the earth by the edges and tries to shake them off.
Q Where does hail come from? A: God keeps it in massive warehouses in the sky, and when he gets mad, or during wars, he dumps some of it out or throws it at armies.
Q where do wild animals come from? A: God took some of the regular tame animals and set them loose outside.
Q Where does the dew come from? A: it comes from the god of dew who fathers it every morning.
Q Where does ice come from? A: the goddess of ice gives birth to it.
Q Why is it dark at night? A: Because at night, darkness comes out of its hiding place and covers the earth.
Q Why do the stars and constellations move across the sky? A: Because God told them to. Also, they like hanging out with each other and listening to the stars singing.
It's like a list of questions little kids ask, and the "cute" answers their mothers give them when they tuck them in at night.
