They're interesting together. Adéle's strong voice and personality contrasts with Noémie's finesse.

0:38 when Noemie asks Adele how to say "bath tub" in English and Adele with the straightest face ever replies earnestly "bath tube" I DIED.
I also feel sad that at some point in the future Noemie will become aware of how to say women and men in English and stop saying "womens"; that will be a sad day.

it makes me really frustrated that we make these actors speak English - I feel like this happens a lot with French actors in particular but like, we all watched the films and read the subtitles. I would have no problem reading the subtitles for an interview as well so that the actors can converse, hear the questions, and answer in their language.

It’s amazing how good their English is. They may not perfectly conveying their thoughts in English, but to be able to understand these questions in English is pretty awesome! Also many of these journalists speak English with heavy accent, which undoubtedly makes it even more challenging.

This is one of the most powerful, beautiful, tender films ever made. As a lesbian, I found it wonderful not only for a truly pure and beautiful portrayal of sexual orientation, but also for its general non objectifying depiction of female relationships.

1:10: I got excited when I thought she said "female gays". But was disappointed when I realized she was trying to say "female gaze". I think female gays is better.

They honestly act like a couple especially when asked if they kept any memorabilia with Adele saying they had a cape from a side project like it's nothing and Noemie is like "but it's still important" and then looking at Adele like "how dare you think so little of it"

Gosh, let them speak French. I'd rather read Engsub to fully comprehend their messages than this hardship.
