MK5 R32 Signature “Wookie” Exhaust Tone

My MK5 R32 gets the signature wookie tone by adding a Magnaflow catback, with catless headers

I have a white R32 with a RUFF supercharger and full headers to tips exhaust, engine and trans tune and ignition cut shifting. 400hp before Meth injection. Bilstein coil overs and sway bars, and aluminum A arm upgrade. Looks stock, and I love it. My dream car. My forever car. I have spent more than my wife wants to know, but she also loves it.

Never got the 4dr R32 here in U.S. so did the next thing, bought a salvaged 2dr and swapped all the parts including the rear pan. Then swapped in a TTRS transmission and my god am I a happy camper now! Boosted from HPA MOTORSPORT. I now have an R32 living up to its potential. 👍

I added a Magnaflow Exhaust to my mk6 R. They really are a great exhaust(although they can drone once you add a downpipe as is the case with my k04 GTI).

That R32 is just 😍 Ive got one in Black. Running a catless Miltek. Needs TLC. I have a 2015 S3 which is having a Stage 2 map soon.. i did want a Mk7 R but 😅 Love the Purple!

Nicest sounding R I’ve ever heard. My turbo kinda eliminates that signature wookie sound but it’s still okay. Nice job though. Im from CT, so Im sure I will see you around at a show one of these days.

Ok, question for you guys in CT. I'm in RI and I'm trying to fixup my recently deceased Uncle's R32 08 Gray, looks like yours. If you're local to the east part of CT and wouldn't mind meeting up and taking a look-see at what I'm fixing up, that'd be cool. The car was sitting for two years in his driveway, and he wasn't able to drive it. Everything is bad on it now, gas, oil, brakes, rotors, calipers.. and I'm redoing everything myself. As you can see, I am a Mustang guy with a built procharged mustang, but this little car looks fun, and has a soft place in my heart because of Jim. Cheers, hope to hear from you soon!

Nice!! Sold my Borla that sound like this and went with a full super sprint set up with um full tunes. Wanted to clean up my car a bit but my Audi still in the shop been built. I would like to go to Wookiee but I’m still on the fence about it. Dont know much ppl with an R32 who is going

I also have a Mk5 R32, same color too lol but mine just has a muffler/resonator delete so It does not sound anywhere as good as this, love the sound fr😮‍💨🔥🔥🔥
