This speaks so much to having ALL of your ducks in a row. Not just the training and the food. But sleep, relationships, work, gut health, and basically your emotional well-being, all need to be in order to be healthy enough to thrive physically.

I've come to understand this over the last few months for myself. I now train less but have got leaner, look better and feel better 💪

Interesting. I found a good balance of eating and working out. I looked and felt good everyday. I then decided to start playing tennis again. I added in a few hurting sessions a week. Within two weeks my muscles and joints hurt. I started gaining weight and I was hungry all the time. I think it was too stressful on my body.
