Two Defence Industrial Corridors (DICs) which were set up by the Government of India in Uttar Pradesh and in Tamil Nadu with an aim to attract investment of about Rs 10,000 crore in each corridor by the year 2024-25, seem to have achieved their targets already. The DICs are now all set to deliver the production soon what is called Atma Nirbhar Bharat defence products out of Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
