Extract .MSI package file WITHOUT INSTALLING

How to get the files from a MSI installation file without having to run it as administrator and getting the application to run without it (if you're lucky).

I can't seem to Install Lessmsi from the website, or it never finishes downloading . . . This is annoying, nothing ever works for ME. ;-;
