I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for AirAsia.
I’ve been flying with them right from the start. I think it was around 2008 when a colleague mentioned to me about this great new airline.

And it’s very rare that I choose to fly with any other company. Their selection of destinations, flight times, nice friendly staff, and low fares is unbeatable for me.

This is a heartfelt thank you to Tony H and all the AA Super-stars. I’m very grateful for you showing the world that people like me don’t want to pay for stuff that they’re never going to use.

HELP!!! This company has taken my money however we have no way of reaching them. They wont call back. There voicemails are all full. We can not login to their APP. I attempted to reach them everyway possible and there is nothing I can do to make it happen. Is this even a real company??? HELP!!!!

Rude staff! I still remember the day i went back to Msia from Umrah, one of your staff make fuss of my carry backpack i think exceed 1-2kg only. Makes me missed the flight to my hometown and need to buy another ticket to fly back. Screw you Airasia! No toleration at all!

My wife and I have never had cause for complaint flying with you guys and gals EXCEPT for you never you never giving away flat bed seats...lol

최악의 항공사 에어아시아 절대로 타면 안되요 큰딸이 싱가포르에서 인천으로 오는 비행기를 비행기값 아끼려고 경유로 탔다가 중간에 비행기를 놓쳐서 울고불고 난리가 났는데도 아무런 조치도 없고 딸이 잘못 했으면 몰라도 항공사 잘못으로 못 탄거라 정말 화가 납니다.딸은 다시 싱가포르로 돌아갔는데 큰딸이 친구 결혼식 때문에 오는거라 속상하고 짜증나서 다시는 에어아시아 안타고 싶네요 정말 최악의 항공사예요 최악이예요

In my 20 years of flying i'd have to say this airline is the worst when it comes to service. Rude, untrained staff that treat you like you owe them something, customer service that are non existent. Enough of this budget *take it or leave it* airline.

마닐라 왕복 하는데 ~
우리부부가 같이 티켓을 끈어도 좌석이 한사람은 6열 한사람은 23열
같이 붙여 달라고 했더니 1만 몇천원 요구하더라~
올때도 같이 했는데 또 따로따로 ~
심지여 좌석도 10 여석 이상 남은 상태로 귀국 했는데
참 니들 너무한다
아무리 저가라지만 에어 아시아 안탄다. 다신 안탄다

Your website is broken, please test it on Chrome browser. I am receiving emails to check in but the links in the email all broken, I go to your website also broken. WHY DON'T YOU FIX YOUR DAM TECHNOLOGY THIS IS REALLY VERY FRUSTRATING. THIS IS THE WORSET AIRLINE with the worst IT staff

Everything we do we do in style! REALLY???? Please reply my emails properly & IN STYLE then. My problems not solved after 2 weeks, please get rid of Bo! and none of the customer service reply according to my questions. After 1 or 2 days you just close my case. Is that your and now I have to go back to talk to Bo? Please train your service people properly. I paid for the service, and i get this kind of service.
