The KIDS would slip and fall on this DANGEROUSLY SLICK walkway

I saw this house with the SUPER dirty stairs and walkway leading up to the front door and knew I had to knock. I told the homeowner that I’d love to clean it all up free of charge and she was so excited with my request. She told me they got some quotes in the past but they were over $500 and the companies didn’t seem very professional. She also told me that her kids have slipped on the front walkway when it gets when because it turns sludgy.

Great as always! If I had been quoted $500-$600 where I live for the job, I would have questioned how good of a job they were going to do. That is an easy $800-$1000 here.

Spencer, get a zip tie and clamp down the trigger on the handle to keep the trigger on at all times and use the ball valve to turn the water on and off. That’s what I do on my handles. It reduces fatigue tremendously. Great video.

The stairs looked pretty when you started cleaning. A nice time too that power washing can act as edging. The front walkway not only got cleaned but edged some and made sharper. An advantage, in this case, the turbo can take off the dirt stain from overgrowth to some degree. Looking at how small your truck looked as you worked at the top of the driveway, that was a pretty big driveway. Liked the view of the overall finished effect, at 33:38. Thanks for all the people you've made smile in the last year/years.
